The RI.U.SO Italia Consortium interprets the Piano Casa Italia directive as a strategic lever for the energy transition, integrating design, construction and monitoring. Each intervention is aimed at creating tangible value for the public entity and lasting well-being for the community.
It was born from the union of our operating Business Units: MIR Solution, MIR Construction, MIR Real Estate, MIR Service.
The central objective of the RI.U.SO Italia consortium is to create a real collaborative ecosystem, aggregating and welcoming over time also companies and external partners who deeply share the philosophy and the code of ethics.

The structure of the Consorzio Stabile
The choice of the form of the Permanent Consortium over a traditional Temporary Association of Companies (ATI) responds to a precise industrial vision. While a temporary consortium constitutes a temporary contractual agreement limited to the single tender procedure, the Consorzio Stabile is configured as a permanent and complex corporate structure. This approach guarantees decisive competitive advantages and operational solidity on a national scale:
Critical mass and consolidated resources
Aggregates and enhances turnover, human resources, technical skills, and the vehicle fleet of the various consortium business units. This synergy allows RI.U.SO Italia to qualify for large public contracts and the main extraordinary investment plans (PNRR, REPowerEU, ALER programs), positioning itself at performance levels inaccessible to individual companies.
A single and central interlocutor

Exploits the mechanisms of internal endorsement for the immediate, secure, and structured sharing of SOA certificates and qualifications among consortium members, avoiding the use of complex external contracts.
